Shipping policy

All prints are made to order. 

DOMESTIC ORDERS
We ship all domestic orders within 5-7 business days of receiving the order. Once dispatched, we will email you the tracking details. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders, please allow 7 -10 business days for us to ship your items. Customers are responsible for all import duties and custom fees within their own country although the situation to pay a fees rarely arises. We unfortunately are not able to identify how long any order will take to arrive once it reaches customs in your specific country.


ADDRESS
When ordering, please ensure that the address on your confirmation email is correct. We cannot accept any responsibility for delivery if the incorrect address is provided. If you notice a mistake on your order, please get in touch with us immediately, quoting your order number, the incorrect address, and where you would like the order shipping. Providing that it has not yet already been dispatched, we will be able to make the necessary changes.


SHIPPING DAMAGE

We take care to pack all products so that they won’t be damaged during transit. In the unfortunate event that a parcel arrives damaged, please inform us immediately. In order to assess the damage, we will require a notification from you within 5 days of receiving the goods, as well as a clear image of the damaged area. Again, we assess all damage on a case-by-case basis, so the sooner you get in touch with us the easier it will be for us to help you.
